Working Model

The institution and its trustees will endow a fund for the first three years that will be flagged for specific priority areas with targeted outcomes that will have a direct impact on society and industry.

KRIA expects the proposal to be submitted by one of the KIG institutions in partnership with industry, NGO, Institution of Eminence, International Partner.

KRIA Working Model – Process

Facilitator

• KRIA is a research ecosystem that interacts with academia, industry, and society. KRIA will position itself as a facilitator to support the research activities that emerge from the interaction.
• Institutions/innovators encourage their team to utilize this KRIA to perform focused research that evolve into a center for excellence within three years.
• KRIA will facilitate the process of individual research transformation to a working group (cluster) that accommodates researchers, industries, NGOs, research associates.
• KRIA will support/promote continued research from a faculty-mentored student project to open grant research making an impact on innovation.
• KRIA will assist young minds (undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. graduates) through Undergraduate Research Program (URP) and Graduate Research Program (GRP) to encourage research at the student level.
